Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
* verified factory defect (e.g., pump not working, leakage, manufacturing issue), or
* incorrect item delivered.

within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the defect prevents normal use. Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, exposure to heat, or accidental breakage are not eligible for return. Slight variations in fragrance perception or packaging appearance are not considered manufacturing defects.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and confirmation. Replacement items are subject to product availability. If the original item is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund will be offered.
Shipping Policy (UAE)
We deliver across the UAE. Orders are processed within 1, 2, 3 business days and shipped via courier. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched. Delivery timing may vary due to courier operations or address accuracy.
Orders are processed during business days only, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination city and courier service schedule. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. During peak seasons or promotional periods, slight delays in processing or delivery may occur.
